Stephanie, Owner of SeaCurve Pilates has chnaged the way I approach my motocross program. By combining the movements of original Piiates with the mind/body connection, she has improved my performance on the track through proper engagement of muscles that keep my body in the correct position on the bike. I highly recommend a session with her. if you want to improve your performance on and off the track.
