Total waste of time trying to figure out where/how to find trainings only to be redirected to garbage. Yes you need a training plan. It has a wonderful team of people that support each other in living healthy and training with firearms. Part of the training also includes health and exercise information and a lot of inspirational videos and write ups. It is a bit military themed as it’s run by Chris Sajnog, a retired Navy SEAL.
