LOGBOOK PHOTOS — Every logbook entry can now carry a photo — the sunset at anchor, the slip number at a new marina, the one that didn't get away. Attach one from your camera or your library right when you log the entry; it's saved with that entry and stays with it. MARINA INFO, EVEN OFFLINE — 4,043 U.S. marinas are now built directly into SeaMate — the full coast plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the USVI. Tap a marina on the chart for VHF channel, fuel, transient slips, and depth at the dock, with no signal required. Spot something out of date? "Suggest a correction" sends it straight to us. TIDAL CURRENT OVERLAY — A new chart layer shows which way the water is moving and how hard: flood and ebb arrows drawn from real NOAA current-station data, with a marker at slack tide.
