For exercise, eating, drinking, pain meds taken, times up, take care of suffix as l wound, change bandage. Many people have smart watches or other devices to record the number of steps they take each day. I found it was difficult to track minutes whereas the number of steps would have been easier. ### 5/5 — Great program! *2025-09-17* This is an amazing program for post surgical at home care! This wasn’t available when I had my first hip replacement done 15 months ago. The confidence it gave me to be at home alone after this surgery was incredible. Despite a complicated post op period (post op infection, more pain, etc.)… I felt better having this program at my back. The Nurses are Kind, caring, compassionate, committed and extremely skilled! I recommend this app wholeheartedly! ### 5/5 — A Game changer! *2025-09-16, version 4.13.0* I had my first surgery in June and I’m about to have my second surgery starting tomorrow for total knee replacements on both knees. The first time I was scared, uncertain, and anxious. this time I’m excited. This app is amazing. It has everything that you need to know, everything! There’s a library you can refer to when you’re done surgery. It’s a great resource. It keeps you in touch with your healthcare team so if you have an issue that doesn’t require you to go to emergency you get a call within 24 hours from a nurse that helps you. You can send pictures of your wound so they can help you without leaving your home. It was amazing. I really felt that I was not alone. And it was not difficult to use. Highly recommend using this. Five stars ! ### 5/5 — This App is AMAZING *2025-09-13, version 4.13.0* Thanks to Seamless MD and my entire Healthcare team that helped me along this journey of my Total Hip Replacement and a Stronger better me This entire program helps to prepare you for Every step of the way making both surgery and recovery as easy as possible by knowing what to expect . It takes away the fear that can come from the unknown when you are facing surgery and a hospital stay. They missed Nothing that as a patient I needed to know or do along the way! I am extremely grateful for this website and everything it did to make me both informed and help answer any questions I had about my at home recovery . I cannot say enough good things about it!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fake reviews *2025-04-30* I’m convinced all the reviews are fake since this app did absolutely nothing that everyone raved about. All of my tasks were removed hours before my procedure and it ended up being useless to me. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-01-30, version 4.8.0* Not sure what good this app is. Most of it is Covid centred. As is other ailments and issues don’t exist. They should start by you precisely what you had done and base the survey on that. This is very generic and unless you answer everything poorly you won’t get anyone calling you. Also once you input your info you can’t change it. Considering my health info was requested, my procedure info should be shared. Until this app caters to a persons specific procedure then it’s a useless app and waste of time but if you’ve got it then have at it! ### 1/5 — Mixed up with past surgery and rescheduled date *2024-06-24, version 4.7.0* Sorry to tell Dates were not updating Not sync with hospital records ie MHealth & convey ### 1/5 — Didn’t work *2024-01-24, version 4.4.0* I downloaded the app but when I tried to sign up for it, it would let me sign in I got “fetch error” so I did what the app said, send an email stating my problem with a screen shot. Well guess what, the email came back saying “couldn’t send email”. I deleted the app and tried two more times. Yup! It still didn’t work! I referred to it many times and also thought it was a great idea, the nurse checking in with me. ### 5/5 — Guidance and connection *2026-07-25* SeamlessMD provides me easy-to-understand health education, helping me feel more informed and supported throughout the month after surgery. I followed the daily reminders and recovery guidance during the month. The health check-ins sections even allow me to write anything I want to say, any concerns. A nurse will call me if necessary. So I know I was being monitored and less worried.
