Έκλεισα εισιτήρια μέσω του Seamore ,με blue star ferry’s .βισκομαι τώρα στο πλοίο όπου πλήρωσα 57€ για business class ,και έχω βρεθεί στριμωχτά με άλλους σε καναπέ αφού πήγα στην ρεσεψιόν τρεις φορές!!!κλαιωωω καμία ενημέρωση ότι δεν σου κλείνουν Θέση αριθμημένη και εάν προλάβεις!!!!

Millions of people from other countries arrive every year and the app is only on Greek!
Just unbelievable!!

Can’t see upcoming bookings for tickets I purchased through the app and the only transaction proof I have is my bank’s notification. 

Takes ages to load, even for options that availability doesn’t need to be checked. Sometimes cant fetch existing itineraries. Doesn’t reload prices to apply discounts after adding seasmiles card or any other discount option.
To the Developer & Attica Group, before launching Black Friday offers, make sure you’ve tested your app thoroughly.

The credit card verification stage for authorizing payment is frozen and does not allow display of the entire page width. Unable to enter codes or read instructions thus unable to complete transactions.
Worse yet, it almost led to a freeze of my credit card …
Bad functionality over all. HS students would have done a better job!

Although our team has been working diligently to restore full functionality since the early hours of November 28th, there were periods during which technical issues occurred, resulting in a less than ideal user experience.

I don‘t know who programs apps like that and I don‘t know who in the company gives green light for apps like that. The anek ferry website has been a disaster ever since and this app is the heir of the website. Errors over errors…unbelievable how little effort is put into a booking page

Ασυμβατότητα με iPhone 17 pro max..

Error messages appear at random moments (for instance trying to book one ticket for yourself and when you try to add your already saved Seasmiles card you get a message that you “Cannot use your co-traveller’s card”, the error disappears the next day, you try to check in for a trip you booked via the app and it says “no bookings”, you try to make it refresh by relogging and it starts proposing you to make a new account … 

Three stars for finally making it possible to use Seasmiles directly online without losing time on phone calls.

*Note 2: (lost one star) The app stopped signing me in and even when I chose to continue as a guest it gives an error message when I input my Seasmiles card … very bad :(

*Note 3 (lost another star) adding a saved vehicle works only if this is the very first thing you do after “next” from the seating. Touching any of the vehicle arrows like “length” breaks the app

Διόρθωση…. Να φαίνεται στην οθόνη του κινητού η λέξη επόμενο…. Εκεί που λέει ΘΕΛΕΙΣ ΝΑ ΛΑΜΒΑΝΕΙΣ ΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ ; Δυστυχώς δεν βγαίνει η λέξη ΕΠΟΜΕΝΟ οπότε δεν προχωρά!

Δεν εμφάνιζε ως ενεργή την κάρτα μου και δε μπορούσε να βγάλει ο σύζυγος εισιτήριο για μένα με το όνομα της κάρτας μου Seasmiles. Αναγκαστικά κάναμε ξεχωριστές κρατήσεις. Πότε δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα αντίστοιχο πριν.

I made and payed(!) a reservation through the app and proved out that ia had NO tickets! I payed 230.50 euros, i received a payment confirmation, and i never received the tickets as the customer service informed me that they dont exist because of a technical issue the company had. And instead of returning me the money immediately they forced me just a few hours before my trip, to pay another 230 euros to buy new tickets!!! I am still waiting my money back. Terrible experience

Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή και εύχρηστη !! Την χρησιμοποιώ πολύ συχνά μιας και ταξιδεύω συνέχεια και μπορώ να πω με βεβαιότητα πως δεν την αλλάζω !! Σε λίγα λεπτά μέσα έχω τα εισιτήρια στα χέρια μου χωρίς κόπο και με απόλυτη αξιοπιστία!! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρεία !!!

Το μόνο που με δυσκόλεψε αρκετά ήταν ότι στο redemption των μιλίων δεν σου λέει πότε έχεις ξεπεράσει τον αριθμό που έχεις μαζέψει. Οπότε πχ έβαζα εμένα + αμάξι, με άφηνε να βάλω έκπτωση και στα δύο λόγω seasmiles, μέχρι να φτάσω στο payment όπου καταλάβαινε ότι δεν μου φτάνουν τα μίλια, και μετά φτου και από την αρχή. Θα έπρεπε να υπολογίζει σωστά το πόσα μίλια μου απομένουν, μη σου πω και να μου προτείνει ποιο είναι το πιο συμφέρον σκέλος για να τα εφαρμόσω. Για αυτό έβγαλα και το ένα αστεράκι.

Στιλιστικά όμορφη εφαρμογή. Προβληματική όταν σε στέλνει να πληρώσεις, πληρώνεις και κατόπιν δεν επιστρέφεις ξανά στην εφαρμογή για να γίνει η έκδοση του εισιτηρίου. Αν με κάποιο τρόπο αποκτήσεις τον αριθμό κράτησης και το συνθηματικό δουλεύει άψογα
