I’ve tried a lot of meditation and mindfulness apps , this one genuinely stands out. The experience feels thoughtful from start to finish—whether you’re a complete beginner or already have a consistent practice.

Content is vastly superior to any other app . The sessions are educational as well as experiential . Highly recommend.
