Search & Rescue is a mountain safety companion built for hikers,
letting your family know you're safe on the trail,
sending instant SOS alerts, with coordinates in the format rescue services use —
one tap to copy and forward.

This release makes the elevation numbers accurate, and adds step counting.

· Step count — counted automatically during a hike, shown alongside distance and elevation
· Following a trail now records your hike at the same time — no more switching between two modes, and you are warned if you drift off route
· Trip summary — full stats right after you finish, and a good track can be saved as a trail

Fixed
· Cumulative ascent and descent were badly overestimated — now barometer-first, with smoothing and a minimum time between readings
· GPS spikes in the elevation profile — removed with a median filter, works on devices without a barometer too
· Moving time and resting time contradicting each other
· After a long signal gap, unvalidated positions could enter the track
