I did the usual and updated the app and now every time I click the Sears app it goes right back to my screen and doesn’t open up. I have tried over and over and over to open the updated app, and it just shuts down in less than a second and goes right back to my screen with the apps listed. I guess the upgrade added new bugs and glitches. We will see if it continues. ### 1/5 — Very Dysfunctional App, points reward useless in Hawaii. *2022-10-20, version 76.0* There is no back button when you click on an item when to are searching. You have to completely reselect your search parameters. The “deliver to” search parameter does not work as intended. Being from Hawaii it’s difficult enough that there are no pickup locations on the entire island anymore, but 99% of the sellers don’t ship here. Put in your zip code so that at least it should only show the ones that do ship here, Nope it still lists every one. You can’t see that until you click an item to see the details. The. You can’t click back to your search. Deleting the app, abandoning the hundreds of dollars in Points and canceling the CC. Just go out of business already. Items on this site are third party and there is no way to cancel a wrong order and the return process is stuck. Plus my item shipped out from Amazon and when I tried the gift receipt return code it offered $100 less than what was paid for the item. Then when I contacted the vendor Tekcom Shop USA they are not responding.
