The biggest problem and why I did not give it 5 stars is how long it takes to get new scenes to be able to continue playing the game. The other problem is that when asked to visit other people I am not able to find enough that I can follow they all show “can not be followed”. You used to be able to attach people and they stayed attached you could ask for energy and help and you could help the people that you were following. ### 4/5 — New scenes *2019-05-05, version 1.5.54* Really have enjoyed the game but there aren’t any more levels to play. On my screen it says more scenes coming soon. Is this really true or am I wasting my time going back and finishing some of the scenes that I didn’t have to get all 5 anchors? Also it takes to long to get land. What I have now, is so crowed that I can’t put any more on it. And to buy more land takes for ever,so your in a pickle you can’t go on and you can’t play your game. So what the deal with that. So could you please tell me how to get back to my game? With out having to start over. That warm sunset. ### 4/5 — Takes too long *2018-05-28, version 1.5.48* Game is fun, but earning anchors is not. It takes forever , over and over again to earn an anchor and for what? This is my main objection to the game. My question is why do you have to play five or more times on same scene for a fraction , a very small one, of an anchor? I am adding to this review with same complaint. After playing same page over and over to fill anchor you can do it with your eyes closed! Also , no matter what your multiplier , don't expect anchors to fill faster. Adding to this is the fact of getting new scenes. Isn't it or shouldn't it be enough to watch ads and not have to build a town to get new scenes. Stupid. Who wants to build a town? There should be a better way to get new scenes instead of this. And of course to fill all anchors you play the scene so many times that you can do it blindfolded. ### 4/5 — Seaside *2017-08-29, version 1.5.31* Game was great. Now it is weeks before you get new scenes. Very disappointing. ### 3/5 — Mixed feelings *2016-10-07, version 1.5.0* The hidden items game concept is a lot of fun and I do enjoy that part. The negative sides are the size of the structures. Many are so small that you are not able to tell what they are and how to arrange your playing field. I wish all of the buildings could be a size that made the game more enjoyable. Second, I do enjoy the game, but wish the new chapter timeline was weekly instead of every two weeks. ### 3/5 — The game is delightful, problems ruin it. *2016-10-07, version 1.5.0* The game is relaxing, enjoyable, fun, the energy/opportunity to play rejuvenates at a nice rate. The same beauty does not apply to the town. When building, it is impossibly slow getting "deeds" and building the town without buying deeds, and in-app purchases are too expensive. Also it is very difficult to build a "town" when the buildings are all different scale . That's just dumb. Some buildings are meant for people 1/16 inch high and others seem to be built for ants or vermin. You paid your developer/artists too much for this part of the design! ### 3/5 — Fun but... *2016-03-16, version 1.3.3* I love this game. I prefer Time Management games but the fun thing about this game is that you can build the town as you progress through the scenes. I really wish there was a better way to add friends -other than through Facebook. I don't usually bombard my friends on Facebook with requests to join games. Not having a way to add friends really brings the game down for me because some of challenges include going and visiting friends. If there is a way to add friends other than through Facebook, please let me know and I will quickly change my review from a 3 to 5 star review. ### 4/5 — Great hidden objects game but... *2016-02-27, version 1.3.3* One of the best hidden objects games I have played but it takes forever to acquire more energy to play, also the whole deed thing is just nuts, I find myself running out of room to build what is required to open new scenes so I have to either recycle or sell and then you lose experience. I would rather pay up front for a game than to be expected to spend a whole bunch of money during the game. ### 3/5 — Seaside getaway *2016-02-04, version 1.3.3* I was enjoying game before last update, now it stays on first screen it doesn't open up to play. Now it has been 6 weeks and nothing, when I tried to contact the company and inquire, they refused to answer. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE *2020-10-15, version 1.6.0* This used to be the best app three years ago. If you had a problem your emails were answered and your problems solved. Since then my problems keep growing and there is never a response to any emails. The only change I have had is another issue popping up. I have even included my Id in the emails. Nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. ### 1/5 — The game that developers forgot *2019-04-04, version 1.5.54* This used to be a cute multi-faceted game that has many long time players. At Level 1200, the developers quit supporting. They don’t address problems and won’t respond to inquiries. Leveling up no longer resets your energy. Gold bars aren’t awarded and just disappear. You are never given full credit for deeds gifted from friends. Seeing some friends’ levels frozen at 1501 tells me they are being forced out of the game. ### 1/5 — What happened to game? *2018-10-08, version 1.5.48* I no longer have my original game that I have been playing for years. I opened it up today and I am starting all over. No thanks I will delete game if not fixed. ### 1/5 — Seaside *2017-09-04, version 1.5.31* The game has many problems, the worst one is that you don't get credits for deeds friends send you. Rarely got all the deeds send to me. At best would be missing 2,3 from a group. Couple of times from 6,7 deeds sent would get only one. Worst cases are when you try to "claim all", if you claim one by one the results are better (you get more deeds, bur still not ALL). I emailed support group on several occasions and they are NOT helpful, asking me many questions in several emails, if I know how to collect deeds, and how do I know that I didn't get the deeds I was supposed to get. For the record, I am a retired engineer who worked all her life in construction, not some kid, who happens to enjoy a little of mindless entertainment. Just to mention, the UNHELPFUL support group is the one who took over after the game was passed on, the old support group was fabulous, even answering my email after they were no longer in charge. Will cancel the game, because it seems they want to get some money from you, since you can't get real estate to build and go on. Will look someplace else. ### 1/5 — Level ups *2017-08-29, version 1.5.31* I have been accumulating XP, however my game hasn't gone to the next level for about 2 weeks😱. I am still having this problem and the support team hasn't addressed the issue. It's been a week now. I have emailed them and these issues have still not been addressed. Good luck to you guys😂😂. It is now August 4 and the problem has still not been addressed. I, therefore, am not receiving gold, magnifying glasses and additional life. Still no response over a week later. Upgraded the game, still my game doesn't go to the next level😱 ### 1/5 — Totally Ticked!!! *2016-08-16, version 1.4.2* I LOVED this game! After spending a lot of money & playing everyday, I was very far along in the game. As they updated the game, everything went to pot! All it does is freeze, boot you out & then you can't get back in. Emails to support are unanswered. Also should be able to purchase deeds with gold or coins rather than log I. There are a couple of down sides though, the first being that the game freezes from time to time. The second is that it takes to long to get more play time. I contacted the game administrator and he answered quickly. He and I messaged while he tried to sort out my problem. And......he figured out the problem and lead me through fixing it. It's working great now. I played Farm Story and a few other games and NEVER got this kind of personal support. I'm very pleased!
