It’s easy and it’s accessible. Finding applicants for my restaurant has never been so easy. I had to let go of several of my employees when we closed shop in March 2020 because of the lockdowns and when Seasoned Recruit became available to me after we were allowed to reopen, was like a god send. I have a few staff currently working for me from this app and because they’re experienced resto workers, training them was as smooth as butter. When my other shops reopen by next year, will probably add more stores to it so I could make use of the benefits the app provides. ### 2/5 — Becoming worthless *2021-05-24, version 1.15.0* This app is quickly becoming worthless. Almost none of the candidates schedule interviews and the very few who do do not show up. The recent change to require the candidates to confirm interviews has resulted in 99% of them not doing it. It’s a waste of time and money at this point. Either Recruit/Seasoned is not attracting the right kind of employees or it’s not able to filter the ones not interested in having a job. I have two fine dining restaurants so maybe this is not the right app for my level of employees. Also hough our job postings specify a certain level of experience I still have to look at candidates with none. And very few of them post any kind of job history. Again, a waste of time. ### 5/5 — Super easy to hire - much less buggy now *2020-12-14, version 1.7.1* Seasoned has helped streamline the recruiting process for restaurants. Now that it is app only I hate it. It has so many bugs. I saw the ability to receive messages so I figured they must have an app! I downloaded the app, and tried to sign in to my account through FB, but it doesn’t let me. It just straight up doesn’t work. If you want to use seasoned, use your computer. After the free trial I got a paid subscription. For a month I got countless applications no interviews. No way to see applications full resume or contact info. I cancelled the service in written. I could not get in touch with my salesperson. When I called her number someone told me it was a different business. They still charged me and I’ve had to dispute it with my bank every month. Beware. This app and service is trash!!
