Only reason I installed was for the coupon. Of course, it doesn’t work but lists the coupon as active and valid. Immediate uninstall and I’m going somewhere else, at least for tonight.

The app is horrid! It does not work !!  After numerous repeated attempts I finally got one order to go through, only to have the service be crap!!!!
I asked that the order be left on the trunk of my car in the garage and it was left on the porch in the pouring rain. AND the dessert ordered was missing , I had to make 2 calls just to get the driver to bring it back over an hour later.   TOTAL CRAP APP AND SERVICE.

I’ve been ordering from seasons for years, and as of this summer starting having trouble with both the website and the app. Tonight I tried ordering 3 pizzas and a salad and after 45 minutes I still couldn’t complete the order. The page takes too long to load. I was trying on my phone using the app and on my laptop using the website to see which would load faster. Eventually I just gave up and called in my order. I love Seasons and hope they can get these technological issues squared away.

This app has never worked for me and the website isn’t any better. I really hope they fix this because it’s prevented me from ordering from there many times.

Horrible. Shiny new look but slow and buggy as hell. Finally gave up the fight. I've been a very good Seasons customer for years, spending thousands of dollars all together. If this happens again, that's over.
Don't be stupid; switch back to the old system if this won't work.

Every time I try to use this app, I have to enter in my info multiple times, without success. The next thing I know, my cart has several of the same pizza and there’s no way to change it. Constant error messages keep shutting things down. If my daughter didn’t love their gluten free pizza so much, I would stop ordering from them altogether. As it is, I guess I’ll just have to call...

I order from seasons all the time and live their food.  But both timesI have tried to order using the app on my phone, it doesn’t work.  I get the rotating circles and errors over and over again.  I end up having to call which is frustrating because all my delivery info and payment info is saved to my in-line account so I don’t have to go looking up my credit card info.

When the app works it is great but after several uninstall and reinstall it lets you sign in but then it crashes when it tries to open.

I order frequently because I like certain menu items my issue is almost every time something is missing or wrong with order and my total for order is never monetary low to be charged for items paid for and did not receive by the time I notice the store is closed

This app used to work perfectly. Now since they updated it, it lags, freezes, doesn’t save any changes to orders, & is an overall nightmare. The website isn’t much better either. When the app does work though, it’s excellent...those times are just few & far between. To be honest, it seems like Season’s prefers customers call in their orders instead of ordering online based on how the website & mobile app work now. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is b/c this app actually does work sometimes.
