This game glitches a lot. A few months later I loaded it on my iPad. I have noticed that despite the version being the same on both devices, the features and bonuses DO NOT function the same. VERY disappointing! On the phone version I am not able to watch an ad video to get bonuses. I tried sending chat messages to see this can be resolved by deleting the app on my iPhone, but it has been almost 30 days with no response as to the possible resolution. The game is often glitchy and the option to watch advertisements for extra lives is not always available. I have notified support and am yet to receive acknowledgment. This is frustrating.
