## What is SEAT?

Meditation isn't something you consume.

It's something you train.

SEAT is a guided meditation training system designed to help you build a sustainable practice one step at a time.

Unlike traditional meditation apps filled with thousands of disconnected sessions, SEAT provides a clear path forward. Every lesson, practice, reflection, and milestone is part of a larger progression designed to help you develop attention, awareness, resilience, and consistency.

Built from more than 25 years of teaching experience, SEAT combines expert guidance, adaptive technology, and real human support to create an experience that feels more like working with a teacher than scrolling through a content library.

### 5/5 — More than I expected…

*2026-08-10*

I love this app. As someone who struggles with meditation I can choose the length of time, and am settled before it begins. I always do the Tune Up, Teacher’s Choice, breath resets as well; like 3 rounds. I also look forward to the notes from Ronen. I haven’t even explored all of this app; it’s quite robust. I highly recommend it.
