Favor corregir. ### 3/5 — É uma propaganda quase falsa *2025-08-09* Apesar de o aplicativo funcionar bem, constantemente não adianta você ser o vencedor, já que a empresa alega não ter disponibilidade de assento para fazer o upgrade. O problema é que, em mais de uma ocasião, eu venci o leilão - com o lance mínimo - e empresa afirmou não ter disponibilidade para conceder o upgrade, mas ao entrar na aeronave era possível ver que havia espaço. Isso leva a crer que na realidade a empresa deseja é que você faça lance superior ao mínimo para de fato conceder o upgrade, o que não é correto, já que a ideia deveria ser que, caso haja espaço e você seja o vencedor do leilão, ainda que com lance mínimo, você recebesse o upgrade. **Developer response:** Olá, gostaríamos de esclarecer que é possível ganhar um upgrade mesmo com uma licitação mínima, desde que haja assentos disponíveis no momento do encerramento do leilão, conforme os dados fornecidos pela companhia aérea. Não alteramos a disponibilidade nem exigimos licitações maiores para conceder upgrades. A aplicação deixa claro que os upgrades não são garantidos, mas os vencedores elegíveis recebem o upgrade imediatamente, caso haja assentos disponíveis. Agradecemos a sua opinião e estaremos sempre disponíveis para analisar situações específicas com mais detalhe. ### 3/5 — Dissapointing *2025-06-09* Tried several times and while on some flights you see the plane bei by full and understand that there is in fact no seats available, on most flights i saw empty seats in premium and business and the app often gave “something went wrong” or “no available seats” or something, not even once i was able to upgrade but they willingly take my card information and i see no disclaimers about how it is being used🙈 **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your experience. It's a shame! *2025-05-11, version 2.23.4* I requested an upgrade on flight IB871 from MAD to BUD. At the end of the bidding, the system notified me: "Unfortunately, there was not enough availability when this auction ended to award you an upgrade." However, this is not true! Si no hay plazas es engañoso ofertarlas y cobrar por un servicio que no van a dar. Seatboost erkennt leider die gebuchte Premium Economy nicht (Zubringerflug hat diese Klasse nicht) und bietet mir sogar an ein Gebot für ein upgrade auf Premium Economy abzugeben für den Flug ab Frankfurt! Einfach schlecht das ein Transfer-Flug nicht erkannt wird. Not sure how an app I just downloaded for the first time could be out of date. I deleted the app and tried again. Same thing. In concept it’s a good idea, in reality it’s not functional. Te dejan con la incertidumbre hasta el último minuto y nunca toca el upgrade. ### 1/5 — App-Zuverlässigkeit 🤮 *2025-07-22, version 3.0* Schon im vorigen Jahr hatten wir Probleme mit dieser App, erst wurden wir benachrichtigt, dass wir die Auktion gewonnen hatten, dann wurde geschrieben, dass es Probleme mit dem Netzwerk von Condor gibt und die Geronnenen und bezahlten Sitzplätze wurden wieder storniert. In diesem Jahr ein ähnliches Problem. Wir haben auf Sitzplätze bei Condor geboten, aber die Auktion lässt sich in der App nicht verfolgen. Angeblich hat man ein neues Handy und muss sich einen Verifizierungslink zusenden lassen, zuerst funktioniert es, aber bei nochmaligen Aufrufen der App das gleiche Spiel (ein paar Stunden später). Nun funktioniert aber der erneut zugesandte Link nicht mehr (URL nicht unterstützt). Es ist ein Trauerspiel und extrem nervig!!! ### 1/5 — Não funciona *2025-06-24* Aplicativo não funciona. I tried to leave this stupid ‘auction’ and their customer service said I couldn’t, all the while patronizing me on their fine print. It feels like my money was stolen. I was then ‘upgraded’ to a middle seat rammed in with people. And I paid $125 for it!!
