Seated is the first app I’ve used that actually matches how hosting works in real life. The floor plan comes together fast, and moving people around at the last minute is genuinely painless. It also becomes the single source of truth - when you export the PDF for the kitchen and waitstaff, everyone’s on the same page with allergies, preferences, and notes for each guest.

Creating a floor plan is straightforward, and making last-minute seating changes is as simple as pressing on a guests name and drag it to a new seat -plus all their details (allergies, VIP note, etc) move with them. You start using and organising tables to find once you put in that effort you have to pay if you have more than 8 guests. Who would use an app for eight people? Very misleading.
