Especially last minute rsvp changes and seating requests! Makes my life SO much easier. I never knew how badly I needed this…. I recently used it to organize an outdoor event for 30 people. As we were outside, I loved the flexibility to account for trees and shaded areas in my floorpan. We had some last minute no-shows for lunch and the app helped me visualize in real-time how to account for those changes so easily and quickly. I also love the export-to-PDF feature - super easy to share with my business partner and print out for our team. Who would use an app for eight people? So, you’re stuck trying to do everything from your phone. Also, the CSV import function is SO fussy. But it is CONSTANTLY GLITCHING and you have to move sloth speed otherwise it shutsdown. Even if you could plan bigger events for free or a lower cost then the plans they offered, the app itself is not quick to use or operate. The floor plan comes together fast, and moving people around at the last minute is genuinely painless. It also becomes the single source of truth - when you export the PDF for the kitchen and waitstaff, everyone’s on the same page with allergies, preferences, and notes for each guest. ### 5/5 — Lifesaver! *2026-01-19, version 2.5.2* Seated is a lifesaver for anyone who hosts regularly.
