### 4/5 — Wrexham Philly

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.0*

Easy to use app . Great seat availability

### 2/5 — Can’t sort by date

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.0*

Why does such a basic feature as sorting by date in my area not exist? You can filter by date but not sort. I just want to pull up the app and scroll through all events starting from today and on into the future to find events to go to. I don’t want to “choose date range.” Seeing trending events is nice but I just want browse in date order for all events (sometimes unfiltered and sometimes filtered by sports, concerts, etc). It’s so frustrating that this basic feature doesn’t exist. Update: 6/2024: Still lacking this basic feature that should have been in version 1 of the app. Update:7/2024 I put a basic concert search for Flagstaff, AZ and the 3rd hit is a concert 200 miles away in Phoenix for 12/2024. How does that makes sense? You should default to searching by nearest dates and nearest venue, not far away venues at far away dates. Update 9/2024: Still terrible Update 8/2026: Still terrible. That’s enough time to show you need a new product manager

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ruined date night h

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.0*

Don’t use them, they to

### 1/5 — App sucks, company is a scam

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.0*

I spent $300 on Dodger tickets for my birthday. Couldn’t access them through any method they suggested including the app. Eventually they stopped responding. I’m filing a complaint with the California consumer affairs department.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.0*

Worst customer service ever.

### 1/5 — SeatGeek Failed Miserably

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.0*

SeatGeek was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I got on the phone with them at 4:00 PM, three hours before the concert started, because they couldn’t properly transfer my ticket. I then spent more than 5 hours on the phone, went back and forth through multiple emails, and somehow they still managed to have my email address wrong.

The concert started at 7:00 PM. SeatGeek finally sent me the ticket at 9:45 PM. At that point, the concert had been going on for almost three hours. What exactly was I supposed to do with a ticket that arrived when the event was basically already over?

Because SeatGeek failed to handle something as basic as delivering a ticket I paid for, I had to spend even more money and buy another ticket just to get into the concert. Their customer service wasted hours of my time, gave me the runaround, failed to fix the problem, and delivered the ticket ridiculously late.

This is easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If a company sells tickets, the bare minimum should be making sure the customer actually receives the ticket before the event starts. SeatGeek couldn’t even accomplish that.

I would not trust SeatGeek with another important event after this experience. Completely unacceptable. 1 star, and even that feels generous.

### 1/5 — Never received ticket - never using seatgeek again

*2026-08-21, version 2026.34.0*

I purchased a ticket for a concert a few weeks before the concert. The app said that the ticket would be sent closer to the date (which is such a terrible system, why would they not ask the seller for the ticket when its listed). Well the day of the concert rolls around and still no ticket. I spent all day contacting the support team, only to be told that my ticket would be sent as soon as possible. When i asked what would happen if my ticket wasn’t sent, no backup plan for a ticket was given. Instead, i was pointed toward the buyers guarantee. This of course doesn’t help me at all when i just want to go to the concert and not have to worry about buying a ticket minutes before (and having to spend all day talking to customer service). Ultimately my ticket was never sent and now i am being told that they need to investigate what went wrong before they can send my refund. Why does it matter for me where they went wrong? I ended up having to pay more for a different ticket because i bought it the day of. Will never use seatgeek again.

### 1/5 — Awful support

*2026-08-19, version 2026.34.0*

Account was locked out. No number or direct way to contact support. Website’s support page wouldn’t load. Had an AI chatbot that talked in circles. Bought tickets somewhere else

### 1/5 — Worst ticket app out there! You’re basically gambling!

*2026-08-19, version 2026.34.0*

Tickets were presented at the gate and we were told that the barcodes were invalid. We went to the box office where they said we’d have to contact seat geek to get new tickets sent over. Seat geek has horrible customer service and no way to get in contact with someone for immediate support. Other apps have absolutely given me last minute support with tickets before a show! After not being able to contact anyone from SeatGeek I was forced to purchase new tickets from the venue. After the fact, SeatGeek “investigated” the situation and “found” that the tickets were valid so they didn’t refund me a dollar. That was $300 down the drain and another $200 spent on the new tickets. SeatGeek is an absolute gamble!!

### 1/5 — Scammed

*2026-08-19, version 2026.34.0*

Don’t use seat geek unless you wanna get scammed, uses 3rd party sellers. Got to the venue and the original seller never transferred the tickets over to me

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-18, version 2026.34.0*

Sad I have to resort to going to another ticket app since every valid email keeps saying it’s invalid lost business I’ll go to Ticketmaster instead

### 1/5 — Greedy
