I bought ticket on the website but to receive my ticket I should get into the app, when I tried to sign up in the app, it does not support Saudi number. So now I’m without any tickets !!!

This app is garbage. I downloaded the most recent version on the Apple App Store 2 seconds ago. I have bought tickets for an event. I go to create my wallet and it tells me to download the latest version. There is no newer version. I downloaded the latest when I just downloaded the app 2 seconds ago. What kind of crap show is this? Fix your problem and send me my tickets via email. I don’t need your trash app.

I was nervous about not receiving an email confirmation of my purchase, but I was immediately assisted. I was able to create my account and verify my phone number in less than 30 minutes after reaching out.
