The nurses, the doctors, down to the security guards treat you with the upmost kindness and respect. We feel very comfortable single time we go for an appointment. They make miracles happen every day ♥️ We are so blessed that this place is helping my son with his healing after being shot in the back and paralyzed at 16. You can use it at the hospital for info and directions, or at home so you can plan your time at the hospital, without having to be confused as soon as you get there! I also love how you can use it to find and get information for basically ANYTHING about the hospital! Helpful info includes food nearby and, in the hospital, where the bathrooms are, and places to play and rest. The app looks nice and inviting, along with being able to filter whether you are staying overnight, a few hours, or visiting the emergency department. I love how it shows the pictures of the different places around the hospital underneath the name of the location. I needed to open it up to verify an appointment for today and it opened up my epic and is not giving the options for my grandsons. two different doctors two different locations. Support for the entire family is outrageous from doctors, nurses, CNAs, dietitians, social workers, child life advocates and all the other professionals.
