If I’m doing something wrong, then this is a total failure for instructions/intuitive use. How can you trust an app you can’t even use? I’d be embarrassed for them, if I cared. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2024-09-16* Tried numerous times to add a travel alert. Confident I’m doing everything right on my end, but it fails each time when I submit. Had to then call bank, wait 20 minutes in queue and finally get it it done. App is clunky and awkward. Downside of belonging to a credit union I guess. ### 1/5 — Card control *2024-05-27* Called card control but i can’t control my card ### 1/5 — App doesn't work *2024-02-09* I typed in my address several times and it still says I don't have the right address and now it locked me out. It crashes all the time, and many times even when it logs in it gives a message telling you to try again. If I use the scan option it says my financial institution doesn’t participate. It’s a Seattle Credit Union Card. They said to manage the card through this app. I entered my information correctly but it said it was not correct and locked me out. ### 1/5 — Can’t even add card *2021-07-01, version 3.9.4* I put all the information exactly as request and it keeps stating it’s wrong. I checked the other app to very my address and everything. Can’t do anything with my card being added. ### 1/5 — Really bad. *2020-12-10, version 3.9.3* It won’t let me add my card and I call customer support for literally no reason. They told me they fixed the problem but nothing is fixed. All I want to do is add my card so I am able to see my transactions.
