Hope I can get in the game but not sure how, as I can’t access my season ticket in the app. I’m excited about the new season in a new arena, but this doesn’t reflect well on the Storm and dims the excitement. ### 1/5 — Sea *2022-04-25, version 3.3.003* No notifications or score updates ### 1/5 — What the heck??? *2021-09-12* This app is a total waste of time, actually it’s a joke! Sadly, I think the joke is on everyone who downloads it thinking it’s ANYTHING like the actual Storm organization! This app is a hall of mirrors and virtually everything that you might tap or click on doesn’t seem to do anything at all. I expected schedules, ticket opps, lots of swag opps, team member bios and game comments... but I guess that’s asking too much. Oh, and to be crystal clear about my first impression... I downloaded it to my iPadAir and it WON’T RUN! KEEPS CRASHING TO THE DESKTOP! HUH?? To be fair, I loaded it to my iPhone and for what it’s worth, it runs there. But, it’s a waste of time. Lots of bugs in the design. Same password complaint as the other reviews. As a storm season ticket holder I was excited to see this app, but now I’m completely disappointed in it. It’s not worth the hassle, especially now that I forgot my password and have to wait for the email every single time. Hope to see an improvement for next season! Frankly, I expect more out of Seattle given that Seattle is a technology hub!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — So many apps and none of them work! *2026-06-03* There are separate apps for Ticketmaster, Climate Pledge, and the Seattle Storm. When you get tickets, one app will direct to another one and it is always an act of god to access them. Tickets come with free transit, but this is also nearly impossible to access even if you have jumped through the hoops to figure it out in the past. Please make it easier to just use the tickets that have been purchased! ### 1/5 — What happened? *2025-05-17* New update seems to have removed the ‘choose the player’ game. I had over 30k points and was ranked in the top 30 all-time. Just put a link to Ticketmaster and WNBA team site and be done. Offer no expectations of more if there is no intent to deliver. ### 1/5 — Nothing Works *2024-04-17* Starting at logging in or signing up, the input fields aren’t ’touchable’ - it’s a smartphone app! The shop button doesn’t bring anything up. The tickets button kicks you out to TicketMaster which is fine but somehow it can’t show all my tickets. Just some that were purchased through the storm app, not the other ones purchased directly in the TicketMaster app itself. And vice versa which might be a TicketMaster problem but this is 2024 so issues like this should have been easily resolved last decade. I thought maybe I used using it wrong so I clicked the tutorial button and got a 404 error that the page doesn’t exist. So I don’t think it’s me. Why bother with this at all? It really says to fans “don’t bother because we can’t be bothered”. Things that seem like something you should be able to click on, such as your account name, are not links. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it, but there seems to be no way to actually change it. This leaves you to reset your password before/during every game. There are icons under player pick such as "stadium rank" that have no explanation (another thing that you would think you could click on).
