Shockingly, there’s a provision where you can message them within the app. But the replies come via email! No, I don’t check my email when I’m at a football game. Not part of the app per se, but in my experience you’re a whole lot better to smuggle in a hotdog or hamburger then you are to buy food at a sports venue. It was extremely easy to navigate the app and place my order. I ordered another beer and it was delivered right to my seat and I didn’t have to hassle with the long lines at the concessions.
