Otherwise great app!! ### 2/5 — When you message them in the app, they email you back! *2022-10-15, version 2.41.0* It typically takes 45 minutes to get your food. Shockingly, there’s a provision where you can message them within the app. But the replies come via email! No, I don’t check my email when I’m at a football game. Not part of the app per se, but in my experience you’re a whole lot better to smuggle in a hotdog or hamburger then you are to buy food at a sports venue. Never got a “order is ready” txt so at 5:45 I walk up to go check. Literally 25-30 people deep to PICKUP my order. My wife got through the regular line before I made it to the counter. Pickup at 6:15. Don’t bother with this - just get in line if there is no option for seat service (no seat service available for me today). Too bad the service sucked at the first Houston Roughnecks game. Couldn’t get any response from support after order never arrived. As you realize, I got tired of waiting for my order to be delivered to my seat, and I got up to pick it up myself. In the end, my order was still processed and I was still charged the delivery fee. I definitely will not be using the service anymore and as you finish reading this I hope you recognize that you should not use it either. It was extremely easy to navigate the app and place my order. I ordered another beer and it was delivered right to my seat and I didn’t have to hassle with the long lines at the concessions.
