I use two different cell phones sea world block me from using one device I am platinum member I won’t be renewing next year

Login problematic with codes not arriving and password resets not being recognised. Once in, nothing works. Only seems to relate to Orlando.

App does show you where and when shows are, there are walking directions available. The map would be better if the location dot had directional orientation/heading tracking. Food ordering not as easy as Disney. Wait times are not accurate at all. Several rides we went to because of the wait time listed were grossly wrong, like 10 min on the app and 70 min at the ride entrance.

Needs correct wait times for rides. Additionally having accurate maps and shortest routes is a must. There is no way to re center on the route.

Someone hacked our account and used it to purchase passes.  We never used the passes and just asked for a refund but SeaWorld would not help at all.  You get an overseas call center that has no interest in helping and they will lie to you to get you off the phone.
