The map would be better if the location dot had directional orientation/heading tracking. Food ordering not as easy as Disney. Wait times are not accurate at all. Several rides we went to because of the wait time listed were grossly wrong, like 10 min on the app and 70 min at the ride entrance. ### 2/5 — 2 Stars *2026-07-31, version 7.2.163* Needs correct wait times for rides. For instance a ride the app says had a 5-minute wait was actually a 60-minute wait—this was common all day long. It sucked to walk across the park to find out what we thought would be a short wait would be over an hour. Hard to make a workable plan that way. Bring back those days because this app is even less functional than that. First you download it, then you can’t even see the map or ride times until you log in. Then it won’t let you log in because you’ve registered with a previous version of the app. So it’s off to reset the password, and then finally get in. When you do get in, the ride times have absolutely no basis with reality. Kraken showing 10 mins, it was actually 50. Infinity Falls 20 mins but it’s queued out the door and the ride itself shows 75 mins. Atlantis 25 min! Hahahahaha. Fool. 90 minutes. Remember you trust the people who run the app to train their staff to strap you into a ride. If SeaWorld doesn’t want people to renew passes at a lower price don’t advertise sales on passes. I’ve been told repeatedly it because I bought/renewed my pass on Black Friday. ****I’m still unable to link my platinum pass to my app. I made a new email address and it won’t find my current or previous passes. My receipts are in my original email address account but have to look at my pass with only my barcode and can’t use any technology in the park unless I talk to a person to access my benefits. Even scanning the QR codes for ride pictures in the park won’t download to photokeyonline.net. My email has been blocked from any perks online. November will be a year. My new 2026 pass won’t link to my app. Error states my email is already in use. I reported this issue through chat/email, no response back. Then in park to Guest Services at the front and pass member lounge. Helpful but no results. Then called helpful but it didn’t work after 72 hours. We never used the passes and just asked for a refund but SeaWorld would not help at all. Absolutely nothing can be done. The information does not link it with the rewards, with the purchases or with anything. Everything has to be done through phone calls or directly in the park.
