Stay informed with up-to-the minute filing alerts for your portfolio.  Begin digesting material within seconds from a single tap.


AGGREGATED STREAM OF PORTFOLIO FILINGS

View an aggregated stream of recent filings for all the companies you follow.  Instantly filter by company, form, or description.  Mark important filings for quick future reference.


SEARCHABLE FILING VIEWER

The integrated filing viewer combines forms and exhibits into a single, searchable document.  Annual reports, proxy statments, prospectuses, etc. become easily accessible.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

The SEC Filing Alerts app includes notifications and SEC filings for up to 10 companies at the Trader tier free of charge.  Additional companies may be followed by upgrading your monthly subscription to one of the following tiers:
• Broker - Notifications and filings for up to 20 Companies for $1.99 / Month
• Analyst - Notifications and filings for up to 50 Companies for $4.99 / Month
• Fund Manager - Unlimited Companies for $9.99 / Month

Each subscription tier offers a 1 month free trial.  Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.  Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate specified above.  Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.  Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase.  No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.  Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited.
