The new app is not user friendly- at least not for those of us that are not tech savvy. It is honestly become more of a hassle to have my account than what it would be to use cash app! I’m considering switching banks. Which is unfortunate. I’ve banked here since I was had a youth account and I’m in my 40’s now. I don’t like change, that’s the only reason I’m trying to tough this out. But the app…it’s making it really hard to tough it out much longer. I will say Courtney is the best lady in Kokomo! Logs me out all the time and then did forgot password and it said answer a security question, which I knew the answer to and said I was wrong. Always getting card rejected because payments are too high or I’m in a “weird” location and I’m forced to call the bank to verify it’s me using my card. Horrible experience since I started using sec fed. Trying to leave as we speak. ### 1/5 — New Version = Not Good App *2024-03-21, version 3.5.0* I was just fine with old app, at least I could do my banking now with So called better app, I can’t not use unless I buy a newer version of IPHONE which I can’t afford right now. They said that I can use the web format ,so I guess all customers are not the same either your rich and have money and can afford a New IPHONE and be able to use New app or you can’t afford a New IPHONE and can’t use the New app. Hmm doesn’t seem fair to me. Messages between you and the bank don’t show up half the time and disappear and i can figure out how to view them again.
