Pourquoi suis-je encore en mesure de commander dans l’application si le restaurant de Laurier Québec ne reçoit jamais ma commande? My only complaint is, there doesn’t seem to be an option to tip on the app. I looked around but couldn’t seem to find it (so if it is there, making it easier to find). Your competition (I wish there were more Second Cups!!! I would never go to the “other place”) has it right in your order, accessible for 30 minutes after your order, I believe. Since it’s been VERY rare that I’ve come across bad service/product at any Second Cup it would be great to show that appreciation 🙂 ### 4/5 — Chill vibes *2024-11-05, version 2.1.5* Nice atmosphere and friendly service however don’t go if your in a hurry because even if you order ahead of arrival they are very slow. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — As of March 1st 2026, not working at all *2026-03-01, version 2.2.0* As the title says, as of March 1st, 2026, the points program is not working: at multiple interactions, the cashier had to wait for 2 to 5 minutes after the scan to confirm the card and accept payment, so the user has to wait at the counter for all that time if they want to collect points. Furthermore, the scan failed independently and we had to enter my phone number, so there isn’t a point to the app, we can just use the phone number. The 2-5 minute wait problem persisted regardless. ### 1/5 — Points are not counted half the time. Scam *2025-12-09, version 2.2.0* It's the pitiful application that exists on Earth and beyond. Constantly having to verify my payment information so that I cannot place mobile orders on the fly.
