Well apparently the feature that they have for presaved texts is an issue because once you use it so much they lock your account and give your an error code 85! Once that happens you can’t call out or text anyone back! Had to wait days for someone to respond back via email reactive my account! Happens at least once a month! Now they said oh we can’t reactive your account now with no reason what so ever! So even though I use this number for my business and I have business cards with the number on it I can’t call out from it or text back from it! Then they tell me can reactive you and give you a transition period to another company. I said ok reactive it so I can find another company then two days later they say oh we can’t do that anymore with no explanation! App is junk freezes all the time! And customer service is nonexistent!
