HOW IT WORKS:
1. Enter your origin and destination to view the fastest routes available by bus, microtransit, or a combination of both.
2. For bus trips, view live vehicle locations and arrival predictions so you arrive at your stop right on time. Pay onboard, or with the MyWAVE app.
3. For microtransit rides, book instantly and walk a short distance to a nearby virtual bus stop corner.
4. Track your vehicle in real time from pickup to drop-off.

The app sometimes works and it glitches out frequently. The busses are almost always breaking down, the drivers are tired, always understaffed… the customer service will always give a copy and paste response putting the blame solely on the rider.

There’s never rides available, Then when they are available they don’t wait nor call as they supposed to. Then when you stand at your stop they will be at a whole nother than mark as a no-show saying something wrong with their system.

Hi my name is earl I use it to get home but it stop working after a few try’s they tell me to call them and they say call back in 30 mins while they find a rider and I do that and they still tell me to call back in 30 mins

App glitches frequently - times out, says it can’t find a ride when there’s a MoGo literally visible on the same street as me and I can see it and it’s not full. Recently, in the afternoons the app has been telling me the address I get picked up/dropped off at for 6+ months is not somewhere MoGo can drop off. Works in the morning. Not in the evening! The amount of times I’ve had to take an Uber or Lyft home while trying to use this app is too many. I’d prefer to use MoGo because the walk to the bus stops is hard on my back and neck and I need surgery. Maybe after surgery I won’t care. But this is ridiculous and the customer care staff are unhelpful at best. I’ve been hung up on and told “oh sorry, we’re just too busy”.
