I’ve been constantly running into bugs in the app and which some were fixed but others keep appearing. I’ve been a premium user for a while and my payment changed so my account expired and when I try to upgrade back to premium the “Start” button doesn’t work in the upgrade screen. So since I can’t even get premium I can’t even access my files…

I’ve been trying for months at this point to make contact with developer for issues I’ve had a various times with no response. I have tried the email address that is listed in the app for reporting a bug and the email on the AppStore under the developer. The app is decent but no customer support after paying for the lifetime membership

Estou com um problema, salvei o vídeo no App, porém o vídeo não abre, já tentei Suport mais não tive resposta, alguém poderia me ajudar?

Se o vídeo foi salvo mas não abre, recomendamos verificar se o aplicativo está na versão mais recente e reiniciar o aparelho. Também confirme se há espaço suficiente de armazenamento no dispositivo.

Service après-vente inexistant : au début, on me répondait, mais après plus d’un an d’abonnement, plus personne.
En plus, l’application ne supprime plus les doublons dès qu’on transfère plus de deux photos. Tout doit être recherché et supprimé manuellement, alors que d’autres applications le font sans problème.
Très décevant pour un service payant.

Nous regrettons le manque de réponse du support — ce n’est pas le niveau de service que nous visons, surtout pour un abonnement de longue durée. Concernant la suppression des doublons, il s’agit d’une limitation actuelle lorsque plusieurs fichiers sont transférés en même temps ; nous travaillons à améliorer ce point.

Si vous avez perdu votre téléphone, la récupération des photos est possible uniquement si vous vous reconnectez avec le même compte (et si une adresse e-mail de récupération avait été configurée). Les données sont protégées et liées à votre compte, pas accessibles sans authentification.

Nous vous recommandons de contacter le support directement depuis l’application (ou via le moyen indiqué dans l’app store) en précisant votre abonnement, afin que nous puissions vérifier votre situation et vous guider au mieux.

Tried again. The email link on developer website sends an email back that says undeliverable. Tried to send an email again via the email link in the app and still no response.

Ne cache aucune appli ni modifie les icônes, soit trop compliqué soit ne fonctionne pas 
Pour moi c est du vol même appli à 35€ aussi nul

This app is amazing. I forgot my password and set up a wrong email so i can’t access the app anymore. I have very important things in the app, can anyone help me???
