Игра в целом очень хорошая,прохожу по частям ,но в этой части последняя головоломка с минами ПРОСТО НЕВОЗМОЖНА,я не могу ее пройти вообще,сколько пыталась не смогла,так что 3 звезды

I really enjoyed playing this game until the last game which was Minefield sadly I’ve never understood how to play this game so after several fruitless and frustrating attempts to complete it I reluctantly deleted it which meant I couldn’t play the bonus game

I really enjoy these games. The way the gems and hints are located in the right area where I accidentally hint he button. Also, When I am working on a puzzle, it goes out of the puzzle. Then I have to start over.

I love these game’s and have had such a hard time finding the F2P ones, and was happy to do many from this developer. However after downloading a few of the different games they offer, I’ve ended up deleting them with in the first 10 minutes. Not because I didn’t like them or anything like that. For me the words in the mini games are to hard to read, be it poor color choice or extremely small font. These games just aren’t designed for phones, and that’s the only way I am willing and able to play. The developers really should take cell phones into consideration when designing an app for phones.

People have been posting about the bug in the arrows puzzle on the door in the T-Rex room in the museum at the University of Oxford now for 6 months and it’s still not fixed!  I wish I’d read the other reviews before I downloaded this because up until that point I was really enjoying this game.  If you’ve already used your free skip gem then it’s impossible to complete the game as this particular puzzle can’t be solved.  Please sort this out so I can return and give this game the rating it would deserve if it could actually be finished.

I have the same glitch reported by several previous reviewers.  Still unfixed despite replies from six months + ago promising to “look into it”.  Given that you literally can’t progress because of it… we’ll it’s not good enough, is it?  If it’s that tricky to fix then give all your players a few gem so they can skip it.  If I can’t finish I can’t pay for the bonus chapter, can I?  In short - I recommend skipping this game and save yourself the frustration of an unfinished story!

Не везде можно пройти, там где головоломка со стрелками на двери, всё выставлено верно, но две стрелки не подсвечиваются и дверь не открывается!

I don’t end up completing a lot of this developers games as some of the puzzles are just tedious and you can only skip one with one Ruby. There’s no way I’m buying any!  and other developers allow you to watch about 10 ads to skip a puzzle. I’m stuck here and having to quit

In the opening scene, as soon as the taxi drives away, nothing is clickable. I’m decently happy with the games from this developer but I’ve been finding a significant number of bugs and end up downloading three games before I can play one all the way through. This is the worst one I’ve come across so far. Many of the other bugs are related to the screen size and zoom, items or puzzles going off the screen or being under the buttons around the borders of the screen. Please do more testing before releasing. Your games could be great if you could identify bugs before your customers are bugged by them.

I play the game and when I reach a certain point in the game it will no longer open up on my device. Very frustrating when you get so far and you can’t play anymore because it won’t load. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times, always having to start over from the beginning. Horrible!

It won’t let me put the glasses on, which is at the very beginning of the game. You get out of the taxi, grab your stuff and put your glasses on. The puzzle is solved but is saying it isn’t so it’s stuck with me holding the glasses. I’ve also went to your support to open a support ticket and it requires you to open an account then go through your email etc, but I didn’t get an email to verify it so now I can’t even get ahold if you guys, I give up. Deleted

I can’t even start this game on my iPad. It crashed in less than 3 seconds. That’s too bad. I enjoyed the first game and the first half of the second one before that one crashed too.
