There was a nice variety of HO scenes and mini-games. Each location had an interesting plethora of tasks to accomplish. However the quality assurance was a complete disaster! The game play interface did not fit properly on my tablet screen. Therefore, text and dialogue were cut off. The inventory bar was cut off as well. There was a terrible lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface, both when acquiring inventory items, as well as trying to apply them. Certain puzzles were impossible to manipulate. Due to these issues, I did not really enjoy this game. It was merely average and the quality assurance was appalling! Oleg, this is getting ridiculous! The gamers deserve a game which functions properly! I am tired of such a poor level of quality assurance. My rating will remain at 3 stars. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for your feedback. This had a good easy to follow map and showed any items to collect, I did miss two artefacts and one photo but was unable to get this at the end. I am glad you can choose easy or hard to solve the puzzles, I did tend to use easy but some of them were still quite challenging and the hos had things to do and not just tapping. I did take one star off because I had to tap numerous times to pick up items in puzzles and hos. Whether that’s a glitch in the game or not completely compatible with an iPad Pro 12 whose to say. But it is a bit annoying to have to guess what is being displayed. Sorry am deaf so it’s not like I can hear what is being said. I need to read the wording. Update - can’t play the bonus game. I have completed the last part of the main game three times now. It gets to the end credits then shuts down. When I go back in and go to the bonus game it tells me I have to finish the game first. I have done three times now. The glitches appear not to have been solved. ### 1/5 — Wow, so much wrong. *2021-03-13* I used to love Domini Games and waited eagerly for every release because they were so well done and had such smooth game play. In the past couple of years I noticed a change in quality, mostly with touch sensitivity and the crowded placement of the inventory bar, map, etc. These changes decreased the quality of my game play, but I wasn’t experiencing very many of the glitches that I kept reading about in the reviews, so I kept buying the games and just dealing with it. This game is the last Domini game that I’ll try. From the beginning, it didn’t fit on my iPad’s screen (never had that problem before with any game). I noticed that the problem with touch sensitivity was ever present, which makes game play very frustrating. I get to the HOG and one of the little circles that tells you if an artifact is present in a regular scene is covering up the writing of an object to be found. I was thinking I was done with the HOG and couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting out of the scene. With luck (and a lot of tapping around), I finally found out that it was the crown. I finished that and got back into the regular scenes, and realize that the items in my inventory are all moved over way to the right side of the bar and I can’t even see or get to all of them. This was all in the first 2 scenes of the game. I’m a patient person and I work with a lot of technology for both my job and for fun. I know I’m just one person and this review probably doesn’t matter, but just thought you should know that you lost a customer. Thank you for all earlier games. **Developer response:** Hello! Making it difficult to interact with a puzzle or looking for items you to complete certain requests needed in the game. Some objects are off screen and cannot be found. Probably better on a iphone. I love the series, but as others have mentioned, this one shows up a little to the side, so words are left off of the screen, and touch sensitivity is not always right. I can’t wait for more stuff like this. I’m still waiting on an installment that takes place in Paris. An interesting concept I recommend for the next chapter in secret city is the ability to switch between the “Human” city and the secret city in order to solve certain puzzles (e.g. to open a door in the secret city, you need to get the code stuck in a vending machine in the “Human” city.)
