But noticed that people are not checking. I usually check out more than 1 set of people to get bonus but get no bonus and only get credit for one check out even though they stand in line. Game is boring but playable. Also noticed that on first couple of levels don’t have to stand at garden entrance to check out people. Yes, the games is quite slow and repetitive since the customers come in patterns, I also miss the upgrades that help speed up the process of each level but I can push all of that aside because the story won me over! So I restarted my iPad. Same happened again. So I uninstalled the game restored the game. Just hoping it will play ok now. It’s a really good relaxing game with a great storyline and theme. Amazing graphics. Cons: The more I played the game the more I started to really dislike lots about it. The speech and etiquette of the time period is way off, Jane is a very dis likable main character, the stuff she says it’s so hard to like her or root for her, I don’t understand why there are so many side “games” within the levels, for example the ballroom levels, the dance card & dance moves side game is so tedious and annoying you can’t get into your time management groove without stopping to do those obnoxious repetitive side quests. I am so very tired of the “Delicious” franchise. I have the Gamehouse subscription and have played them all more than once. My favorite have been Primrose Lake and this one. The story isn’t terrible but the gameplay is SO BORING. I had it on hard mode and the levels weren’t challenging or interesting. I was hoping the story would outdo the boring gameplay, but I struggled just to get through the game. Don’t waste your time and play something else. I only kept playing because of the story but after all that labour the ending was over in seconds, which felt very abrupt and unsatisfying. I was expecting at least a cute art scene of the wedding, or something similar. Also love that we pay a flat fee and it’s not pay to play. I hope the developers know that some of us are grateful for this. $10 is fair.
