It comes with 3 notes that include a welcome message and instructions. I wanted to test it before deciding if I wanted to buy it. However, the "free" version limits you to 3 notes. In order to enter one or two of your own to test it, you have to delete one or two of the 3 it came with. This is a horrible marketing ploy; I deleted the app instead. ### 1/5 — App closes randomly *2014-09-23, version 1.0.0* I use this app as a diary to record my baby's daily life. I like that I can take pics of him everyday. It is also great because I can then email the diary to myself later. Now the App is randomly closing and I'm losing my entries. I just typed a whole day then the app closed. It only saved 1 paragraph out of 10 paragraphs. I have had a couple of crashes, but I'm still running iOS 6 so I imagine that is the cause. Reverse password mode is great because you can actually leave entries in that side of your journal. One tip, go in and delete the message that explains this feature from the reverse password side ASAP or else they will know about the feature too! If you have a have to know everything spouse, then you can copy, paste, delete the parts that are truly secret and then you have a full version of your journal that the over stepping spouse can read without really knowing every feeling and thought you have. I am happy so far, but will be expecting that there will be additional styles available later on. Love the fonts no complaints there. I would like to see a category feature added, so that I can keep a dream journal, Dailey journal, travel journal, migraine journal, etc. (colored tabs would be great). Right now I'm giving it 5 stars.
