I like that this app is really well‑structured, the AI companion suggests activities, there’s a journaling option, and your data stays private. It’s very easy to use and includes gentle guiding questions like “How are you feeling today?” plus a new daily quote to remind you to care for and love yourself. I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re on your phone a lot and want helpful reminders to slow down, be mindful, and take care of yourself.
