It has lost all my data. ### 1/5 — Crash *2023-05-13, version 3.1* App suddenly had update and then crashed losing all my info. New appearance but awful support. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2023-05-12* I have used this app for many years. It has worked great for a while besides a few bugs. I just lost all my data today. I contacted support. Asked if there was any way to get that data back. All they said was no. So don’t get this app. It is a waste of your time. All of the data lost with no warning. No help from customer service. Not even a shred of help. They just said no. ### 1/5 — Worked until it didn’t *2023-05-08* Lost years worth of notes. Woke up one morning to find them all gone. Every single password, username, detail, accounts, etc. completely gone. ### 1/5 — STUPID APP *2023-05-07* I updated this app (never deleted it, offloaded or anything! JUST UPDATED IT) and it deleted every single one of my notes. I’m a songwriter and I had my songs in there!!!!!!!!!!! I LOST MY YEARLONG WORK! DO BETTER DEVELOPERS! ### 1/5 — Be very careful of this app *2021-01-21* If you use to keep information, you will lose it. Lost a ton of info when I changed phones even though I backed it up and logged into Google. It’s not dependable. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-05-03* very upset. i got on there it was working great, then i closes out of the app and 5 minutes later tried to get back on it and the app won’t even open. **Developer response:** Please update the app with the latest one, we've fixed issues and also added login with Google. Although apple notes have a Touch ID option, these notes are still visible so I use this app. It does have a couple of bugs: when you edit a note sometimes it does not save what you changed and also when you clear the app it asks for Touch ID. These are only minor issues and I would still recommend the app ### 5/5 — GREAT APP -A *2019-04-15, version 2.3* This is a great app and is secured very well so no one can access but you!! When I opened it, it wouldn’t let me see my notes because I have to sign into Facebook.
