Please update the new version of app without deleting the existing app in your device. And that will get all your Notes back to the app without any problem. It use to be an uncomplicated note pad where I could just jot notes and passwords etc stuff I needed to remember down with a simple 4 digit passcode and that’s all changed. Right after starting the app, it used to close automatically and I could not get access to my notes. However, I got in touch with the app support and they helped me a lot solving this issue. all the communication was pleasant with prompt service support. They were very helpful throughout the entire problem-solving process. One of them contacted me privately to help solving the problem. I am very happy with the customer service support.
