Definitely the best of its kind out there. In the past you could import from files and other apps but they seem to have taken that option out from within the app and if you tried doing so from other apps it always fails. You can now only import from photos or camera which is a huge drawback. My Keepsafe app has now been stuck on the “Updating Keepsafe. DO NOT CLOSE THE APP.” screen for more than 7 days, leaving me completely unable to access my private photos and videos. At this stage, I need this case to be escalated to your engineering team. Please advise on a recovery procedure that preserves my existing encrypted vault. I do not want to delete or reset the app unless you can confirm that my data will be recoverable. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing given the seriousness of this issue. I would appreciate an urgent response with a clear path forward.
