Assign Shops and Enter Surveys on the go! The free Secret Shopper® App provides our registered shoppers with the flexibility and convenience to work from their Phone or Tablet.

With this app you can:
1. View and schedule available shops.
2. Review Shop Instructions.

This app has an update everyday 2 days. Every two days, it prevents me from using the app without having it updated. I’ve never had an app that updated this much. My phone doesn’t need to have 
an update this much. It gives off the desire to delete the app and never use it again, because it’s very confusing. It makes the app very unappealing. Why do you have so many updates every other day and prevent someone from using the app unless they have it updated immediately?

UPDATE: 
It’s now January (7 months since I did the work) and I have still not received my check. I reached out after the 60 day period to get the new check with the lesser amount and multiple people emailed me about sending the check, but never followed through. They also kept changing how I would receive the new check: one said an e-mail check, one send they’d send out the same check again, and another wanted a lot of personal information in order to send it through ACH. Honestly this all feels like I scam and I deleted my account because it wasn’t worth the back and forth, then ghosting, to try to get my money. 

I did my first job back in August and was supposed to get my check in September (which is already longer than expected because I did it before the payment cut off in August) and USPS lost my check. Their policy is apparently if they have to reissue the check they take the money out of YOUR PAYCHECK. So I did a $30 job and I have to wait 60 days now and will get a $15 check instead. If I wait less than 60 days then it would be $40 which is LESS than the job I did! Thanks for nothing!! Use Field Agent or EyesonGlobal instead. Those apps are way better.

Poor offers and low payouts. Did my shops exactly as described but was not firm the promised payout. No reason given either. This is bad business and I hope you fail as a company

Company takes over 60 days to pay you out for your labor. Sometimes you will complete a Shop assignment in full detail and the editor will reject it, and then hound you for edits within 24 hours to appease their corporate clients. Don’t waste your time; not worth it for side cash.

I did two shops for them and they owe me $45. They supposedly mail checks but I never got mine. When I emailed them they replied this “talk to the post office, thanks”. Definitely won’t be doing any more shops for them. Stick to the ones who offer electronic payments.

Our payment and check reissue policies are explained in detail in our Shopper FAQ for full transparency. If a check is lost in the mail and needs to be reissued, for fraud protection reasons the bank requires a stop payment to be placed on the original check which incurs a $15.00 administrative fee. There is a $40 for reissue requests within 60 days, and $15 for checks older than 60 days, which are deducted from the total payment.
