No way to see when they expire once added to your account, no advance notice of expiry and they just remove the credit without telling you (this maximising their own profits). If you complain they hide behind “you knew the expiry date when you were given the gift”. Like we can all remember that level of detail! And recently I’ve discovered that they use up gift vouchers in reverse order. Meaning the voucher I had expiring in May 2026 was given an effective date of December 2025 (when my other voucher expired). They eventually compensated me, with a credit expiring at end of January 2026 but that still short changes me by 4 months. Self care shouldn’t be this stressful. Use Treatwell instead! ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-12-16* Installed it, made an account, and it didn’t recognize my postal code in Los Angeles. If you don’t offer services in U.S. (or California) then why do you allow anyone to sign up with a U.S./CA phone number? I was charged for an appointment that the app. did not confirm. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2019-10-13, version 3.0* First booking and they cancelled with not even 6 hours’ notice leaving me insufficient time to find an alternative, and the day before going on holiday. Choose someone more reliable if you don’t want to be let down. ### 1/5 — Bug *2018-02-24, version 1.06* App shuts down when I try to log in using facebook. I deleted app and re downloaded but still had the same problem. ### 2/5 — Ms *2025-06-24, version 6.1.2* It’s misleading - Your email states £5 off for first time purchases on the app but you include a service fee so it’s actually only £3.99. ### 2/5 — Pointless *2020-07-24, version 5.0.4* Can I just say how sneaky it is to get someone to sign-up for something and then tell them you don’t operate in their area.
