Secretaría.es is a call answering service for small and medium companies. We take your calls 24/7, 365 days a year. Via the Secretaría.es app you can set up how your secretary should handle your calls on the go. Leave directions quickly, schedule call instructions on your agenda or adjust your availability even on short notice.


The Secretaría.es app allows you to:

•   Send instructions to your secretary in real time.
•   Receive call notes immediately on your phone and organise them on the Call History.
•   Adjust easily your availability and your excuse. 
•   Create a VIP contact list to receive only the important calls.

Estamos muy contentos con el servicio.
Nos podemos dedicar a gestionar las tareas del despacho, sin desatender a los clientes.
Siempre están atentos para ver cómo en conjunto contigo, mejorar en la respuesta a los clientes.

Tengo este servicio hace ya unos meses y sin duda la mejor decisión que he tomado. La atención y asesoramiento del departamento de ventas a sido el deseado, lo ofrecido es lo que he recibido, las secretarias bilingües y muy eficientes. Este año me ha hecho replantearme muchas cosas en la organización de mi empresa y con secretaria.es he conseguido mantener la professional en las llamadas y he logrado reducir mis costes fijos. Si lo que buscas es calidad sin duda ellos son los indicados.

Te enganchan con un mes de “prueba” por el que en la mayoría de casos tendrás que pagar aún así debido a que es carísimo. El primer minuto son más de dos euros si añades IVA, ya que además cobran establecimiento. 

Por otra parte, el nivel de capacitación de las operadoras al teléfono es bajísimo. He tenido muchos problemas con clientes y proveedores así que he acabado quitándolo, ya que las llamadas se alargan y pueden acabar saliendo por unos 6-10 euros cada una. Son una empresa cuadriculada que no acepta opción de adaptarse a mis necesidades. 

Recomiendo buscar otras empresas de secretariado online.

Son la empresa más cara con una calidad del servicio que no se sustenta, puesto que ellos mismos confirman que no siempre tienen disponibilidad de secretarias. A eso le tengo que añadir que facturan desde alemania, con el consiguiente sobrecoste e imposibilidad de deducir el IVA. Recomiendo buscar empresas realmente españolas que ofrecen unos precios y calidad mucho más acordes.

Cuando te quieres dar de baja te cobran y te obligan varios meses a estar pagando aunque no uses el servicio. Te atienden llamadas de comerciales de telefonía y seguros que te los cobran aún estando de baja. No es posible poner reclamación en ningún sitio ya que “no existe esa posibilidad” según su centralita de atención al cliente. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Te prometen 1 mes de prueba y aunque no quieras seguir o no te guste luego te reclaman 92€ por el servicio.
La app no funiona con Iphone. Tienes q desviarte tu las llamadas manualmente con un codigo.
No funciona para llamadas de whatsup.
El servicio de atencion al cliente vergonzoso y el departamento de calidad muy prepotente.
No lo recomiendo. Cuidado que es un timo
