I think people are getting confused after they hit "chapter" it takes them back to the main screen. They do not understand that you need to swipe that screen to go the next page. You might want to consider changing and going directly to the welcome screen. There are two buttons when you first open it, and you click either menu or chapters I hit menu and it gave me options I didn't really even look at then I hit chapters. So if you click on an update it just says iOS 7 or what ever update you want but it doesn't even do anything.
