去年因出国留学需要听懂英语课程，无意间看到并下载体验了这款软件，使用感受整体还不错。现在已经毕业了，但近期在完全不知情、没有收到任何显著订阅提醒的情况下，软件在凌晨自动扣费续费，给我造成了很大困扰和经济损失。我已经两次申请苹果官方退款失败，现已将情况和退款申请发送至贵软件官方邮箱，希望开发商能重视用户权益，尽快主动联系并妥善处理退款问题，也希望其他用户注意订阅自动扣费风险

第二年给我感觉很烂，首先我联系客服无反应、
其次我现在开英译中 
只有英文 没有中文 重启了就有 但一会就没了
无语 真的很耽误事

在25年2月份尝试下载了秒转翻译官，因为页面直接弹出付费选择，无意点进去后，没有实际使用便在当天卸载了，之后更加不知道已经产生了38元/周的费用。通过苹果手机客服，已经申请了6月份以后的续费退款，但是5月30号之前还有14笔续费无法申请，请给予帮助和处理退款，谢谢🙏
