Sector is the fast, private logbook for airline and professional pilots. Import your roster once a month and your flying history keeps itself. IMPORT, DON'T TYPE Export a CSV from your airline roster and open it straight into Sector. AIMS eCrew is fully supported, and exports from other crew systems and plain Excel (.xlsx) logbooks import too. Switching from another logbook app? Their exports come straight in as well. Importing the same months again never creates duplicates. NIGHT TIME, WORKED OUT PROPERLY Rosters never include night time. Sector can compute it from the actual position of the sun along your route, flight by flight. After you land, put in the block times and save. That is the whole job. Drafts show amber in your logbook, with their own filter, and stay out of your totals, currency and exports until you finish them. ### 1.8.0 — 2026-08-14 New: filter the logbook by any date range. Tap Dates, pick two days, and a mini stat block totals what you picked: block hours and flights, split by PIC, FO, Instructor and Dual. New: Pilots. Every name in your logbook in one list. Edit a name once and it updates on every flight. New: Tidy names. One tap neatens imported names, with a full undo. New: merge two entries that are the same pilot. Improved: the lifetime plan is available to subscribers too. Bug fix: names no longer autocorrect while you type. Small fixes. ### 1.6.1 — 2026-08-11 Imports: Aileron Pilot Log files read straight in, with your crew, night time, instrument time and landings. Printing and export: the Function column says FO, the same as the rest of the app. ### 1.6.0 — 2026-08-09 New: night mode. Sector follows your phone, or pick Day or Night in Settings. Printing: choose EASA, FAA or CASA in Settings. The CASA layout gives ICUS its own column and carries the true-copy wording. Imports: British Airways crew data downloads read straight in. Flight list: tap PF or PM to change who flew the landing, and tap FO to log the sector as PICUS. Bug fix: changing a flight's times updates its block time, IFR and night time with them. Fixed: Delete everything now clears every copy, on your phone and in the cloud, and deleted flights stay deleted. Fixed: signing back in works first time. New: the dashboard tells you when your logbook is not backed up. ### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-04 Crew roles: PM instead of PNF, and FO instead of co-pilot. Your existing flights are untouched. PICUS: its own logbook filter, an "of which PICUS" line under your PIC total, and marked on your printed logbook. It still counts toward your PIC hours. Imports: LogTen Pro files bring in the captain and the other pilot, instead of leaving the names blank. Scanner: Pro includes 300 scanned pages for a whole career, not 300 a year. That is how it has always worked, but a few screens said otherwise. Bug fix: if a subscription will not go through, Sector now tells you why instead of doing nothing.
