Fantastic and easy to managed app

The app does not work, unless I’m on the company network. When I’m on regular Wi-Fi, 98% of the time I can’t log in. Gives me an error message and tells me to call for assistance. Not very convenient when you’re out and about and need to get into your account. I’ve been told it’s my carrier, but I don’t believe that because I have another bank account and their app works just fine. Something needs to be fixed.

The login process has a mind of its own. After setting up facial recognition for login, the app fails to log you in most of the time. It logs you in one time and throws up an error next time you have to log in. Deleting and redownloading the app and setting up anew does not solve the problem. Neither does changing your password solve anything. It is very frustrating.

It is a pain to always have to change you password.  Also, program shuts off biometrics every so often so you have to look up your password. Not nearly as good as the bank programs. Boarders on being terrible.  Have considered moving account to a new bank because of this program.

I dont know why, but it recently started always showing my account numbers even if I click to hide them. When it started doing this it also started also showing my account number in my instant balance before I logged in so I turned that back off.
