It cannot relink the skill. Error message. We have rebooted and updated everything. No dice. The device randomly resets to default settings.automations don’t exist for all the settings meaning i have to regularly open the app to check and change settings. A non-smart device with the settings on a switch would be WAY better. I tried the support link for the app and it’s just a broken link. I have to reset it just before going to bed. I tried tech support solutions by installing the Globe Suite app to manage my lights but they are not listed in the app list of products to choose. Please update the app! Integration with Alexa, crap ### 1/5 — No customer service *2023-06-04, version 1.10.0* I will have to give them a one star because we have no communications with their customers however they will charge you $50 a year for every camera and then when it goes down you cannot contact them ### 1/5 — Terrible Secur0 *2023-03-23, version 1.9.2* I’ve attempted to pair the motion sensor camera for a month now. It worked for a month then went off-line for no reason. Their customer service is awful, taking 8 days between responses. I’ve left several voice mail messages, that go unanswered. The camera works for an hour or so but then fails to connect to encrypted source. The help section of their app says I have to had a cloud account. I tried to connect it to Alexa, but lose the motion sensor capabilities, it only controls the light. No camera, no video, no motion sensor light. I will never recommend this product. I’ll be returning it. ### 1/5 — Offline again 🤬 *2022-10-22, version 1.9.2* Second time it’s gone offline. Google resetting your security/light sift through videos that don’t help. Use the app help button that wants you to rest your router & switch from 5 gigahertz to 2 gigahertz. Don’t worry they supply meaningless picture to assist you. When all you need to do is uninstall/reinstall app create a new password. As no password is ever adequate without a symbol or uppercase letter. Unplug it for 10 seconds. Climb up a ladder hold the elusive reset button for four seconds & than jump through the hoops of adding the security/light back into the app you just deleted. 👍 ### 2/5 — Some Settings not working at all and others not working correctly *2022-07-22, version 1.8.0* The on off and automatic setting will not stay as you said it. For example I can turn the light off and it will go back to automatic but self. The schedule option used to be available now if you click on it it goes back to the main screen. I have two other cameras and blood like exactly the same as the first one I set it up on however I cannot add the other two to the cloud without being charged another $50 a year for each camera. Should be able to use the same cloud with the same account for all devices. ### 3/5 — Notification goes out *2022-07-17, version 1.8.0* I have noticed a problem with your application, the notification goes off automatically and I have to reset it manually in order to activate it again ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money *2022-05-25, version 1.8.0* Every time I try to open the app to look at the camera, or my message board it freezes up every time, also I have to close it completely and reopen multiple times before I am able to look at it live, or anything I open. I would not recommend buying this camera, I don’t even have this much problems with my ring app. God for bid someone breaks into my place I wouldn’t be able to no right way. I never had so much problems Until this one. So I’m definitely going to look for another driveway camera. ### 1/5 — Update doesn’t work on IOS *2022-01-06, version 1.7.0* Recent update doesn’t let me view all my cameras at once anymore and can no longer expand to landscape view. Called customer service and they were rude and even told me they didn’t care since I don’t pay for a service and I still can see portrait and get alerts. Please fix this issue as it’s very important part of the doorbell. ### 1/5 — Motion notifications no longer work *2025-11-12, version 2.0.3* I have tried everything for several days to get notifications to work for this app. They worked for a long time, since I’ve had this app since 2020. However, it has been several months since the app has worked. The developers’s website gives me a 404 page not found or I would report this directly to the developer. I suspect this problem correlates to the last iOS update I performed. Please check into this and get app notifications working again. The notifications are the second most important part of this app. ### 1/5 — Motion sensing *2025-07-07, version 2.0.1* Quick update did doorbell kind of works whenever the app decides to let it happen. The app has no dark mode which makes reading the playback video scale extremely difficult to read. Video playback is horrible. The app needs direct access to the memory card rather than going through the Internet for playback. Motion detection will pick up bugs but when somebody walks by fast they are not caught. Because the app has to talk to the device through the Internet rather than direct there are bad connections, Bad video, audio. Takes forever just answer the device usually the people of walked away by time it responds. If a person isn't paying for our using the cloud the app should have direct access to the video doorbell. Motion recordings should be at least five minutes and reset the timer every tim there is new motion. Secur360 videoDoorbell. Little bitty bugs flying 10 feet away seem to trip the motion sensor. These aren’t any good for security because the frame rate is too low. I walked by taking out yard waste and I was blurred the whole time. Even with the field of view narrowed the motion sensor senses movement in my neighbors driveway almost, 80 feet away, better than it does walking past it in my driveway 5 feet away. I have two units and they both get extremely hot. Something cool though this part of the night vision. You have all kinds of these glowing alien beingsFloating around. Some of which trip the motion sensor. To the developers is there a way to make this so it trips my mechanical doorbell? Right now it just makes my phone chime and that’s very inconvenient. It would be nice if I can access the unit through my echo show 5 GEN 2. To be able to see who’s at the door and to be able to speak with him through the echo show. I think I would have to do is write the app for it. I found an aftermarket app that lets me view through the camera without audio on my LG TV but the frame rate is really slow. ### 1/5 — Secur360 Edgelite *2025-03-12, version 2.0.1* Camera initially worked but after an update image completely became pink grainy color. Reached out to support but no response on their product. No follow up on their security light camera. First, why can I not automate brightness for my lights? Why can I not use motion sensing as a trigger? Why does this app not freaking know when sunset is? Like, not even remotely close? Why, when I delete notifications, do they not disappear, and why does that also sometimes make old notifications REAPPEAR? On and on and on. Everything about this app and this product is an embarrassment. How are you not ashamed by how utterly sloppy everything you do seems to be? ### 1/5 — Gray Motion captures *2023-08-31, version 1.10.0* Text Steve floodlight that takes a photo for the security portion of the flood light often times goes gray for no reason at all takes a photo and it looks like there’s duct tape over it. Not what you use for actual recording a video because it’s not a very high-quality but for seven or eight dollars what can you expect ### 5/5 — Please fix bugs *2025-06-08, version 2.0.1* The message center does not record images of motions, it will capture all black and nothing works I reset the cameras and reconnected, I cleared the cache, I deleted all previous captures and nothing seems to make it work again. Any reccomwndations will be good. The live view works but not the actual capture of images. Only for the security flood light, the door bell camera works as intended. Notifies your phone if movement is detected and you can hit the notification to go live on the camera. Great system, wish I put it in the front when I replaced those lights or the side. Anyway, any future lights will be this light/camera system! No more dim Secutity light. When this new device activated it turns midnight to blinding high noon daylight. A great device. Easy to install, and WiFi setup.
