Somebody called me within two seconds of pushing the panic button and the app showed me that there was a response unit 10 minutes away from my location. I asked some questions to the operator regarding South Africa coverage and they apparently cover the entire country that said there are areas that are not covered and in this scenario they contact the police to assist which is not the most comforting idea to me because they’re response times are not the best in all of the country.
