Come on 2024 this app looks like it was made in 9th Century. You can only look at your balance can’t do nothing like wire transfer , external transfers like Ach , mobile deposit limit is too small lol . So if I’m paid a $100k a month you can’t even deposit on the mobile deposit . Come on tech guys just tell your management to work on something amazing build your App and make transfers easy as possible .I’m looking forward to a brand new update in 2025z

I’ve been locked out of my SCFCU App on my iphone after attempting to change my password.  It accepted the newly created password but then wouldn’t open the app using either the new one or the old one.  After 3 attempts it locked me out of the app.  I went to the bank and they did a password reset and it won’t accept the temporary reset password they gave me either.  After they tried about 5 times to reset it we both gave up.  How am I supposed to manage my account now?  Is this the beginning of the collapse of the SCFCU?  If this isn’t fixed I’ll have no choice but to change banks.  I’ve been with the SCFCU for over forty years.  This is scary.

By looking at the setup of this page app. The Credit Union could have done better with this app. It looks fake and cheap. I noticed the moment I downloaded this app. First thing came to my mind was scam looking app. 

Credit union please present this better than what it’s looking like, so I can come back with my 5 stars?
