There are hidden fees beyond the posted parking rates. Classic shady business practice. Use Apple Pay so you don’t give them your actual credit card number. Shame on these people…. shame shame shame. ### 1/5 — Beware! *2022-05-26, version 6.0.0* Downloaded the app, didn’t work. Got a ticket, paid the next morning, not worth arguing. The ticket says “discounted ticket of $35 will be applied if paid within 15 days” got hit with a $5 fee on top of the 35 for paying within 24 hrs. ### 1/5 — DON’T PARK THERE!!!! *2022-02-27, version 6.0.0* This is not a legitimate business. It is a total scam on the order of a Nigerian Prince. No matter what you do, the app will not register your payment. There will be no attendant to help you, but the moment you walk away, they will give you a $35 ticket (when you pay they will add a $5 convenience fee even though there is no other way to pay). If you try to appeal (it’s difficult to figure out how to), they will not respond, and will double the fine after 5 days, 30 days, and so on. If you’ve already parked there, it’s best to cut your losses and pay the fine. Don’t waste your breath under the assumption that they are anything other than con artists. ### 1/5 — Go move your car. Now! *2022-02-06, version 6.0.0* I downloaded the app to pay for parking, but it kept crashing, so I was unable to pay. When I got back to my car, I had a ticket for $35 if paid in 5 days, $65 if paid in 30 days, and $85 if paid in 60. Then, they turn to collections. I filed a dispute, but I have not heard back. I’m happy to pay them the $2 I owe them, but no more than that. I’m not sure how big this operation is, but I see a lawsuit in the making. Like many other reviewers on this app, I don’t usually write reviews, but this company is unbelievable. I will never park in one of their lots again. ### 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever *2022-01-21, version 6.0.0* I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so with this. This company is an absolute scam!!! I will NEVER do business with them again and if they are the only option, I just won’t park there and move on. Their app is faulty and doesn’t work, the website doesn’t work and won’t take payments and there is no number to call and speak to someone. The ONLY thing they are fast and responsive at is fining you even when their systems don’t work. I’m half tempted in pursuing legal action against them. STAY FAR AWAY!! ### 1/5 — SCAM *2021-12-28, version 6.0.0* Similar experience as other reviews. They dont care. They will never care. Theory is good but the group of folks that designed this doesn’t understand the word maintenance. ### 1/5 — Poor management and no grace period *2021-11-04, version 4.1.1* Parked using the app. Got delayed on my way back and showed up 7 minutes late; already had a ticket on my window. They claimed I never even paid to park there and charged $65 for the “parking violation”. I appealed and sent my receipt and didn’t even receive a response. Reading through their terms of service carefully they do say no grace period (which is terrible customer service) but they also say you will be charged for the overstay by normal parking rates. $65 is not the normal parking rate. I feel taken advantage of and will never use a secure a spot parking location again. ### 1/5 — Do not use this app *2021-10-16, version 4.1.1* This app is awful and pretty much a scam. I paid for 36 hours worth of parking and not even 5 hours into it, I received a ticket for not paying for parking. Then when I went to appeal the ticket, the case wasn’t even in the system. Terrible app. Terrible service. Borderline illegal conduct. ### 1/5 — You’ll Regret it *2021-09-10, version 4.1.1* I paid for my spot and still received a fine 4 minutes after parking. They aren’t careful to see who has paid or not and the only way to refute is to have a print out of your ticket on the car, but there’s nowhere to print — you just have the app. Reading other reviews, I don’t expect them to appeal the ticket. So I’m paying the fine, deleting the app, and telling all my friends and family to NEVER GET this app. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY!!! Don't be fooled by the 1 star it's ZERO *2021-08-10, version 4.1.1* I never write negative reviews but I am beyond angry with these people. My wife and I parked in a lot and the sign said to save time and money by downloading this app. I did it and paid $10 for a whole day even though I knew we would only need about 4 hours. Walking away I even told my wife how convenient that was. When we got back we had a violation on the window. No problem I said, we'll just contact them, give them my receipt number from the app, and all will be good. NOPE! No phone number, no email, no online chat, nothing. Fill out an online dispute form and they will respond in 3 business days. Oh, and if you pay in the first 5 DAYS, it's only $35, then it goes up to $65. I filled out the form and waited. 3 business days made it Wednesday. 5 days... Wednesday. It didn't matter because they never responded. I finally gave up, and for my own sanity paid the violation just to be done with them. Then they charged me another $5 for an "online payment processing fee"! In the end it cost me $80 dollars to park in a crappy lot for 4 hours. Never again, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. ### 1/5 — Fines you after paying! Beware! *2021-07-16, version 4.1.1* You pay to park and then they put a violation notice, ‘parking ticket’ on your car demanding $65 or a threat to turn you over to collections. No phone number for support, only email to dispute. Email just says, too bad, pay the fine. Beware! Austin, TX ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-06-06, version 4.1.1* I’d rather drive around for 30 minutes than deal with this scam parking app. Supposedly, there is a website you can use to get set up and pay for parking, but you’ll stand around for 10 minutes wondering why it won’t load. Instead, you’ll be forced to download their app just so you can move on with your life. This company has been nothing but a pain, I have multiple tickets from them due to their app not working right that they refuse to dismiss. Currently the lot I park at isn’t even showing up on the app (most likely due to summer fest) and now I can’t pay for my parking in advance like I usually do. This company’s greed and shortcuts sickens me ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-10-16, version 7.0.1* The one thing you need to do this app doesn’t let you do, park. You can’t confirm booking. ### 1/5 — SCAM! Do not use! *2025-07-28, version 7.0.1* As I discovered too late, they will make excessive charges on your credit card. There is no customer support. Emails go unanswered phone calls never result in talking to an actual person and are not returned. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Do not use; do not park in their lots! *2025-06-22, version 7.0.1* I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app, so when I tell you this is that bad… please believe me it’s that bad I felt obliged to leave one and let others know. Believe the other reviews calling it a scam. We used the app to pay for parking ahead of time and even checked with the staff before leaving the building about whether we were all set to leave with no issues at the gate. She confirmed yes. Lo and behold, when we get to the gate, we are prompted to pay again with no way to show we had already paid and nothing to scan from said app so we could leave. Couldn’t even re-locate the reservation through the app. (I definitely was charged on my card though) Because there is no staff in the actual garage, there’s no one to help you if there’s an issue - so we were forced to pay to exit. Mind you, the price we were given for prepaying was about $16 and at the gate we were charged $25. Please find other parking elsewhere or use a credit card that will allow you to dispute the charge should you encounter any issues. I will say we did not receive any tickets on our car like some other reviewers have mentioned. ### 1/5 — Version 7.0.0 degraded customer and user experience - service fees unreasonably high *2025-05-06, version 7.0.0* The recent update to this app has resulted in a negative overall experience. The user experience in the UI is not intuitive at best, broken at worst. Using multi-day booking at my location isn’t recognized by the newly installed readers, forcing me to effectively pay twice. On top of this, service fees added at checkout in my case are 18.5%, which is disingenuous to the list price and egregiously high. Unless fees come down and multi-day booking is fixed I cannot recommend this app, but rather will take a ticket at the gate and pay the price listed on the posted signage. ### 1/5 — Avoid App If Possible *2025-05-01, version 7.0.0* I would give a 0 rating if I could. The app deserves all the negative reviews. It’s not intuitive, does not work well with the ramp I go to, and now asks for additional permissions after the new update. They say that the booking fees are now cheaper but with the fees they add it actually comes out to a higher overall price. It’s all a ploy to get more out of us. The past two days it’s just cleared all my data in the app, including the receipt and qr code for the spot I had paid for. This app is unstable and unreliable. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-04-18, version 6.10.0* I’ve had the app for a couple years and all the sudden it just doesn’t work. I’ve removed it and reinstalled it several times now over a 2 day period and the app doesn’t work. Crazy! Fix your app ### 1/5 — Horrible trolls *2023-11-01, version 6.4.1* Paid $7 at a $1 per hour on a weekend night at 7:10 pm but it went to 11:59. Came back at 12:25 am to have the dreaded “ticket”. Did the worthless form and was told that they send a text when time is up as a reminder but the app did not ask for a phone number. I’m screwed. Paid to park for an sporting event the only option to select was a whole day or the sporting event. They ticketed me prior to the game even starting. Such terrible terrible terrible service. I don’t know the creator(s) of this app and no one asked me to write a review. However, I felt compelled to write a review for this app because I believe that the negative reviews are unwarranted and I don’t want anyone to be misled by the negative feedback. Here’s my experience. I downloaded the app. Paid for parking with Apple Pay. And I made sure to NOT get there before the duration that I picked and I left within the time frame. I even printed out the email receipt and left it on my dashboard for a peace of mind. Also, I scanned the barcode when I arrived and before I left. Did I receive a ticket??? No because I did what I was supposed to do. Follow the directions that you were given. Did you scan the barcode when you arrived and before you left the garage?? If not, then you might get a parking ticket. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!!
